This website is run by Syeda Maleeha, a freelance digital marketing specialist trading as Digittora Digittalz and based in Ajman, UAE. This page explains what personal information I collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What I collect
- Information you send me on WhatsApp or by email, such as your name, phone number, email address, website or Amazon store details
- Basic technical data that websites usually record, such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, through server logs and cookies
How I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a free audit or quote
- To deliver and report on the services you hire me for
- To keep this website secure and working properly
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use it for advertising without your consent.
Who else handles it
Some services I use process data on my behalf: my website host (Hostinger), WhatsApp and Meta when you message me, and email providers. If I add analytics or advertising tools later, I will update this page. When you work with me on platforms such as Upwork or Fiverr, their own privacy policies also apply.
Client account access
If you give me access to Seller Central, Google Search Console, Google Analytics or your website, I use it only for the agreed work. I prefer user permissions over shared passwords, and you can remove my access at any time.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to reply and follow up, and client records for as long as needed for the work and for legal or tax reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, or ask me to stop using it. The UAE’s Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) also gives you rights over your data.
